PARITYFLUX
ELECTRONICA MUSICAL WORKS
Parityflux is composer John Krikawa's electronic music project. It is a playground of ideas, notions, whims, improvisations and explorations. The works often include smooth piano-infused electronics with percolating underbeds. Nothing in the universe of electronica is out of bounds.

THREE FATHOMS
January 29, 2021
Three Fathoms is collection of sonic foam recorded late 2016 and early 2017 for a live concert series at Galactic Center, Tucson. The concerts, Tonal Centers, were unrestrained downtempo performances where electronica artists could come and tease their craft in front of live audiences.
In these performances, Parityflux freely improvised several distinct pieces per set. The notes and movement were left to sensitivities of the evening.
As a whole, the works represent a time and place of deep anchor points yet with freedom to drift, float and lilt with the current of a live performance.
